N (FC) v. The Secretary of State for the Home Department
House of Lords [2005] UKHL 31
 
This is the long awaited decision of the House of Lords in the appeal by N, an HIV+ woman the Home Office seek to return to Uganda, a country with limited facilities for her treatment. The issue is whether removal would amount to inhuman treatment for the purposes of Article 3 ECHR.
