Consultation Responses

The Scottish Legal Action Group's responses to recent consultations (on: Creation of a Scottish Civil Justice Council; Registration of Civil Partnership & Same-Sex Marriage; and Lay Representation in the Court of Session & Sheriff Court) are now available under "Recent Activities" in the Our Work section of the web site.

 

Student Essay Competition

The submission deadline for our Student Essay Competition has been extended to 1st May 2012. See the SCOLAG Journal section for details  and remember to check back soon to learn of the prizes on offer.
 
 

2011 Index to SCOLAG Legal Journal

The full index to 2011 editions of SCOLAG Legal Journal is now available. Subscribers are provided a hard copy with their subscription and a PDF version is available to download from the Annual Index page of the SCOLAG Journal section of the web site.

Welcome to the new SCOLAG web site.  We are still loading back issues of the Journal.   If you cannot download a past issue meantime, please e-mail editor@scolag.org.
